Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and guidelines governing your use of Axite.Cloud services. By using our services, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account without prior notice or refund.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Axite.Cloud services for any of the following purposes:

• Hosting, distributing, or linking to malware, viruses, trojans, or any form of malicious software
• Conducting or facilitating DDoS attacks, port scanning, or any network disruption activities
• Sending unsolicited bulk emails (spam), phishing, or engaging in any fraudulent schemes
• Hosting content that infringes on intellectual property, copyrights, or trademarks of others
• Storing, distributing, or hosting illegal content as defined by applicable law
• Running cryptocurrency mining operations without prior written authorization
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, servers, or our infrastructure
• Hosting content that promotes violence, hate speech, harassment, or discrimination

3. Resource Usage

All accounts are subject to fair usage limits. You agree not to:

• Consume excessive CPU, memory, disk I/O, or network bandwidth that negatively impacts other users on shared infrastructure
• Run background processes or services not related to the intended use of your hosting plan
• Use your server as a proxy, VPN relay, or open relay without authorization
• Exceed the storage or bandwidth limits defined in your hosting plan

We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that consistently exceed fair usage thresholds.

4. Network Security

You are responsible for the security of your own server and applications. This includes:

• Keeping all software, plugins, and dependencies up to date with the latest security patches
• Using strong, unique passwords for all access points including control panels and FTP/SFTP
• Monitoring your server for unauthorized access or suspicious activity
• Promptly addressing any security vulnerabilities that are brought to your attention

5. Content Guidelines

All content hosted on Axite.Cloud infrastructure must comply with applicable laws. We do not proactively monitor content, but we will take action upon receiving valid complaints or discovering violations during routine maintenance.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all content hosted on your server is lawful and does not violate the rights of any third party.

6. Enforcement

Axite.Cloud reserves the right to take the following actions in response to AUP violations:

• Warning: A written notice for minor or first-time violations
• Suspension: Temporary suspension of services for repeated or moderate violations
• Termination: Permanent account termination for severe or repeated violations, without refund

The severity of enforcement depends on the nature of the violation. In cases involving illegal activity, we may report the incident to relevant authorities.
